We operate a full cutting, sewing and packing facility using 40 specialist sewing machines and 12 staff. Our services include:
- Batch product manufacture
- Cut, make and trim (CMT)
- Stitched product design or refinement
- Packaging for bulk supply or final packed/bar coded/ready to ship from stock
Our quality system is proven and has been developed over many years. It allows full material and labour traceability. Although product is inspected at each stage of the manufacturing process, we also perform a 100% final inspection prior to packing and despatch.
